18 y/o Damire Palmer, who plea dguilty to assault with intent to do great bodily harm on a white man who worked at Macy's may be SPARED prison because the employee will NOT take the stand as he says he DOESN'T want to ruin the kid's life over this!!

It happened on June 15th when he knocked the store supervisor to the ground after initially claiming he said the "n-word" to him that caused him to attack him which has now revealed that that did not happen.

Donald Trump tweeted of the incident "Look what's going on here. Where are the protesters? Was this man arrested?"

Damire Palmer plead guilty that could have lead him to a 10 year felony but under a plea deal since the witness is not taking the stand, he could only serve probation with a misdemeanor charge of aggravated assault.

David Leyton, the circuit judge will decide on the sentence on September 1 as he said "Nobody's looking to hang felonies on young men. I never have and i never will. This was a bad crime though and he has to face the consequences"

His brother, 22 y/o Damarquay Palmer had lied to Damire that the manager called him the n-word that caused him to rain an outburst

Judge Jennifer J. Manley emphasized to him that he was granted remarkable leniency by the victim and said that programming needs to be put in place to deal with him and that strict guidelines are needed before he is out in the community.

She said if he had not approve of this, he would not be getting this possibility and said "You understand what kind of break this man gave you? This is a big deal for your life. I really want you to understand that"

Would you want to destroy this kid's life if you were the Macy's manager?

For what happened there yes he deserves harsh punishment.. ruin his life? No.. but some jail time is needed. Sickening radical leftists think nothing of this.

10 years would be ridiculous but he should be in jail for like a year max.

"Ruin his life"? Prison might help him straighten out his life. Meanwhile letting him get away with crimes will only make things worse over time until he kills somebody and then his life is *really* fucked, thanks to people like Shamala Harris and the people running the prison industrial complex.

10 years is excessive, I wouldn't want to put the 18 year old man (he is NOT a "kid") behind bars for that long. But he totally deserves like 1-2 years in jail to learn not to assault people so readily.

It sounds like he has problems that need to be addressed before he can be trusted to exist within society. See to it that he gets the help he needs, and I'll have no issue with him being in public with everyone else. 10 years with the potential for parole really isn't though.

Assault is assault and in certain situations, a single punch can be dangerous enough to end someone's life. There's a precedent for that.

Duckbear's reporting is always suspect, but this has to be one of the most flagrant instances of misinformation he's ever done.
That mother fucker outright sucker punched the employee like a fucking coward, then punched at him while prone and staying on him as the victim tried to escape.

I barely touch Facebook and regret ever joining it (at the time, I was desperate to find work and it seemed the easiest way to find old contacts I lost touch with). The only reason I haven't deleted it is b/c I think it's more useful to maintain the account with false personal information than it is to remove it.

The video of him getting the shit kicked out of him makes it more than an accusation of assault. And if you let people off the hook any time they claim the opposing party said something racist, you'd literally be setting a dangerous precedent. Even if the guy had said it, that wouldn't justify the assault; it might mitigate some of the charges, but he'd still deserve jail time.
