A couple of trump supporters were BANNED from WALMART for a YEAR after video showed them waring SWASTIKA FACE MASKS in Marshall!!

It was taken by Raphaela Mueller who herself was born and raised in Germany before moving to America shows the couple wearing bandana masks as a man off camera can be heard telling them "you're sick. you have an illness, you can't be american and wear that mask"

The heifer than flings her arms up in the ar "ta-da" gesture before raising her fingers at the camera as the man off camera says "We literally had a war about this"

The woman then mumbles "My grandfather killed nazis" and then paces around looking confused denying she's a nazi and then says "Socialism is going to happen here in America and if you vote for Biden, this is what you're going to have, socialism"

Mueller wrote in her Fb "I was born and raised in Germany and i grew up hearing about my great grandmother who fought in the underground against the first wave of Nazis in the 30s and 40s. Let me make this abundantly clear once and for all. THE SWASTIKA IS A HATE SYMBOL AND YOU DO NOT FLY THE LAG, YOU DO NOT WEAR THE SYMBOL, ANYWHERE ON YOUR BODY, YOU DO NOT USE OR DEFEND THIS SYMBOL, EVER. END OF STORY"

The store manager said he didn't have the power to kick them out as Mueller said she intended to call customer service to work her way up to the top to say people shouldn't be allowed to wear those type of masks in their stores.

Police were called on a disturbance as the couple were not arrested but were given a trespass notice after walmart said they are now banned on their properties

The couple wore those bandanas to protest the mandatory mask rule that went into effect

Mueller said "It's been shown that biologically, trauma passes down through the generations in your DNA. My immediate physical reaction was nausea and wanted to cry, so i can't imagine what that must feel like for other people who lost family members in the Holocaust".

Are you defying mandatory mask wearing by wearing offensive ones or not wearing them at all?

I wear a plane black mask. Some designs are cool but I'm not wearing one for fashion. I just pop it on when going to the shops or using public transport. Some folk though can't just be normal.

My coworker told me today that the masks were a coverup for something something DJ Khalid antifa. I told her she's sounds insane and she told me to do my research. It's worded really awkwardly, but it actually works. Wearing offensive masks and not wearing a mask at all both qualify as defiance of mask requirements, so lumping them together under that umbrella makes sense, and is actually a yes/no question. The way duckbear worded it, providing two different "yes" options for each of the presented possibilities would probably have been better, but it's not actually wrong this way.

Symbolism changes over time, based on how people view it. The swastika is probably the most notorious example of that, in that nobody (in the West) that isn't trying to disingenuously pretend they aren't dressing up like a Nazi actually associates it with anything other than Nazism.
