I imagine down the line people will be going for full element teams rather than everyone rocking rainbow teams. Seems like you get 10% of a sub stones stats however if a character matches the sub stone element they get more. From what I read it's apparently 50% more.

Now I don't know if they meant they get 50% of the sub stone stats or 60% of the stats or 15%. Lemme see if I can work it out

Ok can confirm. 15% for same element. 10% for different element.

Not too much of a difference.

The wording is wrong/misleading. When it says water allies, it actually only applies to the person wearing it. People aren't sure if it's a big where it isn't applying to everyone and it should or if it's just bad wording.

Yeah. Someone tested it. Right now Memoria that say 'allies' applies to the the wearer. Skills that says allies apply to everyone. So it's hard to know if it's intentional and a mistranslation or if it's a bug and should apply to more than the wearer.

Right now, no. Once everyone starts getting everything leveled, it will be a substantial difference. So like the Estelle Memoria gives +25k HP at max level. For the sake of ease, lets say you have 9 of them. So same element heroes would be getting 33750 extra HP, off element 22500 extra HP.

Ughhh that sucks.

Yeah, found this out the hard way. Equipped a stone giving extra gauge to martial artists at the start of battle to Lailah thinking she could at least help out Velvet with it, but it didn't do anything.

It tells you on the page what it does. When you're swapping them out, hit the little 'i' next to sub stones. The stat percentages it lists there are what it gives to your entire team.

I don't know if it's a flat percentage boost to all stats or if it's that additional percentage from the substone provided stats

Ok did a little research on the sub stone grid

Element Match

Substone non-matching element = 10% of substone stats
Substone matching element = 15% of substone stats

Weapon Match - Gives the listed bonus stats based on the characters base stats

In the Beta the character had to match the weapon type but now it just applies to all characters so now there is no ambiguity about it. The best strategy is to equip 9x of same weapon type (if possible). Here's the known bonuses of full weapon grids

Wearpon - (HP% / ATK% / DEF%)

Sword - 25/10/10
Longsword - 14/18/14
Dagger - 15/10/20
Dualblades - 10/17/17
Martial - 18/14/14
Gun - 16/19/10
Longstaff - 8/18/18
Spear - 14/10/20
Axe - 15/22/6
Bow - 20/14/10
Staff - 22/13/8
Artes - 10/10/25

Instrument/Hammer/Support unknown right now

It's hard to quantify. Lloyd is my tanky guy, and while he rarely gets the flashy finishes, he builds up combo meters well so others can do more damage, and there have been a few fights where I benefited a lot from him soaking up enemy attacks.

Doing Hard Mode clears you out of stamina quick. Went back and started doing the CH1 Hard mode, everything dies super quick and without any story to read you just burn through stamina at 6 AP a fight for 700 EXP

Just had Velvet do a finishing MA after Leon, Lloyd and Kanonno all did a MA. It did disgusting damage. And it didn't count because it was the last round of a raid so mob must have already been dead.

Velvet MA is disgusting at high combo levels. Rita's single hit can be as well if you've managed a super high combo with other characters before finishing with her. Got it to 120% bonus damage once and she went full Megumin.

Just did a very hard teagle raid that had 20 people, starting half way through, but all but me and one other person withdrew about 3/5 through and had to do the rest ourselves. Said fuck and and just gem spent my way to the end, hopefully whatever this upgrade material I got out of it was worth it.

Velvet has the strongest base attack power in the game and I *think* the strongest MA in the game. Use her at the end of a big combo and watch things explode.

She's always second to last for me, since Rita is single hit.

I need to get used to using MAs at The START of the combo for the very hard challenges, since the higher priority needs to be building up more over limit right afterwards. The end combo MAs need to be saved for the final enemy.
