Subsistence, easily
although Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain isn't anywhere near the same thing as Substance and Subsistence would've been better off including Twin Snakes instead --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Ground Zeroes/The Phantom Pain is comparable to Tanker/Plant, not these.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain isn't an enhanced version of the original with Ground Zeroes. It's the rest of the game.

Yeah I blinked when I saw MGSV here
Of the two that actually count probably MGS2 because of all the VR missions + Snake Tales. I never hated the original camera that much so MGS3 adding the different camera wasn't like some sort of revolution (even though it was good). --- Not to be confused with XIII_stones. https://imgur.com/agodP3r ...
