I experience them usually once every 1-3 months. They suck, and are usually distressing because I usually experience multiple in a row. I'd say I average 3-4 but I've experienced 6 before

I have one quite often where I'm looking at my phone and either I can't tell what's on the screen, or the time keeps changing all over the place. I wouldn't really call it distressing though

From time to time, but it's rare. Can't say it's distressing or not, as with most dreams it depends on the contents of the dream. Usually it's neutral enough, when I wake up for real, I'm just like "huh."

Yes, and it's almost never distressing

a few times I could perceive the false awakening and make it into a lucid dream and that feels awesome

I wish. I get more and more uncomfortable and more and more groggy as the awakenings go on to the point where when I wake up I usually in sleep paralysis.

Yes. And while I haven't had one in a while, I was just thinking about it yesterday.

You have to ask yourself, what are the odds that you would have just been thinking about this yesterday and someone made a topic today.

Pretty low, I'd say.

Are you sure you are even awake right now?

I get them every now and again and they're usually distressing. I'm usually running like several hours late to work or forget something incredibly important.

Several times per month. I had one this morning. I used to have them constantly, like every other day, but that's stopped.

I've always dreamed about going to the bathroom when I have to use it while sleeping (fortunately, this hasn't caused an accident since I was a kid). It's really obnoxious to dream about peeing for a solid minute until you notice it wasn't relieving. When I do realize it, I wake myself up.

What's started to happen is that I wake myself up, get out of bed of bed to go to the bathroom, and have the same issue, so I then need to actually wake up

Eventually, I'm sure it'll start to recurse again

One day, I will be trapped in an endless cycle of piss

I have a few times. It's usually not distressing at all, but one time it was super unsettling because it was multi-layered. I dreamed I got out of bed, then did some stuff, then I noticed my bathroom didn't look quite right, so I "woke up", but it just repeated again, and this looped like six times before I finally woke up for real. *That* was really weird.

I get these every so often. They tend to be annoying (e.g., light switches won't turn on, stuff in my house doesn't work properly) but not really distressing.

I dream that I need to go to the bathroom, but then I can't do it because of some plot contrivance. Usually it's something simple like all the bathrooms in the building being closed for cleaning. One time, I found a knife stabbed into the closed toilet lid, meaning that a ninja had staked the place out as his territory, and I obviously didn't want to infringe on his territory so I left.

I only remember it happening once, but I wasn't bothered by it.

More notable is that, often when I dream, I start thinking "hey, this is real life after all!", but of course it's not.

Don't usually get these but I quite often have dreams that I'm not sleeping and am instead having trouble getting to sleep. These usually last the entire night and make for a terrible night's sleep.
