It has been some time since the end of the first tournament and perhaps a follow-up is in order now that more attention has been drawn to it. Its very simple: CE chooses who they believe is the hottest woman. I know that is rather vague as the criteria differs from person to person. If you think this can be accomplished by her body, personality, combination or whatever else then go with that. Before tossing out your recommendation, here are a few key pointers to go over.

• One nomination per account only. If you make a post with several names, I'll just scroll on past it without counting any of them.
• Accounts must have been made in 2019 or earlier.
• No nominating members of CE.
• Real life people only and are of age 18 or older. No minors and no drawn / animated characters.
• Does not matter what their occupation is: Musician, actress, influencer, adult movie performer, model, cosplayer, etc. Just remember that the more obscure, the more difficult it is to find photos of them to sway the votes of others.
• Nominees can be deceased. For example, Marilyn Munroe is still highly regarded as a sex symbol even though she has been dead for many years. Your nomination would be of her in those prime years. However, they must have been alive to appear in photographs so were only going so far back in time.
• I reserve the right to pass on your nomination if I feel it is in jest. Its to keep things on track and not rob someone of a legit nomination.
• You can nominate someone that has already been listed. If a nominee has three votes while the others have only a single vote and spaces get limited, the person nominated with three votes gets priority. Most likely this will not be a factor, but Im trying to think of all the possibilities.
• Salma Hayek won the first tournament so she will automatically be placed in the tournament. No need to nominate her.

How many entries in the tournament will there be? I have no idea. It depends on how many nominees are posted. The first tournament had 16 total so maybe we can surpass that. If it's over one threshold but not enough for the next, I can cut down the number of entrees. What I did last time was to take the first 16 nominated since it fell short of 32.

I should point out that I made the first topic / tournament while working from home during quarantine. Thats no longer the case and my workload is piling up these days. It means I wont be around as often to answer questions or bump the topics. If you have any questions, feel free to ask but just know it may take some time before I can get to it. Otherwise, think hard about your choice and toss the name into the ring. Remember that this is all meant to be in good fun.

I do want to stress that you want to really consider your nomination carefully. For example, many people probably don't know who Kateryna Lagno is. Most of the photos of her are sitting at a table playing chess. Unknown to most and bland photos are two factors against her.

Last tournament, someone nominated a Russian model named Alena Skubiy. Attractive and even appeared in the Russian edition of Playboy magazine. Of course, those photos couldn't be used and all that I could find were a couple of model pictures. She did incredibly poor in the tournament.

I thought about it, but decided to put her in as a normal nominee. The last tournament had so few participants and there was a little bit of talk on how Hayek had it easy that it didn't seem fair. If memory serves, her first round was against Alena Skubiy and that was pretty much a freebie. If the roster is bigger this time, it could be interesting to see how well she does.

Because then someone will just post a giant list of 300 names and hasn't given it much thought considering the tournament is to determine the hottest woman yet the member can't even decide.

Plus, it isn't a tournament for just one person, but the entire board and for everyone to be allowed to participate.

You clearly made a good choice last time so go with your gut.

I'll do my best to find photos for each nominee (and this goes for everyone), but if you would like to post some as well in her topics I always encourage it.

First off, I'm loving the amount of nominations already and how some are also including pictures. @Captain_Qwark took it to the next level and posted a video. Nice thing about pics / vids is that, if someone isn't well known, it may help sway attention and votes to the nominee. Also, I checked out Sith__Master's nominee, Sabrina Lynn, and wow. I immediately found a gif that's really something. O_O

I've given some more thought about Salma Hayek (the previous tournament winner) and her participation. SuperExcitebike makes a good point in that she may receive backlash for already winning a tournament. Basically, a biased view so members may be voting against her out of spite.

However, the same could be said for any of the nominees who participated in the previous tournament. Also, the point of the tournament is to determine the "hottest woman" according to CE. If she truly is, she should win again even against different opponents. It's similar to the game tournaments on this site. Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy 7 always do so well even though people are sick of them winning. Yet they do because many find them to be the best game(s) for whatever reason.

If Hayek were to be taken out of the tournament proper and only placed in a match against the winner, there's something defeating about it. Like if a nominee goes through the tournament, wins, then squares off against Hayek immediately and loses. It seems like no matter what, it could have been an outcome that could have been determined much earlier if Hayek was already a participant.

I'm also thinking of future tournaments and where we end up with multiple winners over time. It seems odd to have the newest winner then square off against all the prior winners. This would set the precedent which is why I'm being careful about this. So let me ask CE this:

Make Hayek only appear against the tournament winner at the end?

Or

Would you have the previous tournament winners earn a spot in the following tournaments? For example, Hayek would be a participant in this tournament, the third (I know, if there even is one) would have Hayek and the latest winner included as well and so on.

Or

What if the tournament winners are excluded? They're put in the hall of fame / winner circle / pantheon of the greats, maybe to move on to an eventual "winners tournament" at some point.
