Depends my mood. If I have something I'm doing during the day then I take one before I go out at times. Others like when I change my bed sheets I'll take a shower and that's normally at night. That's if I bother showering at all.

Night, always. The hot water drops my blood pressure and gets me way too close to fainting, so I'm pretty much useless post-shower, which means it has to be done at a time I can just go straight to sleep after.

I usually take a bath rather than a shower. Baths take a lot more time, so that pretty much limits it to the evening. And a nice hot bath is very relaxing, so again, evening is best. I also like to be clean before getting into bed, it keeps the sheets fresher longer.

Night, or at least evenings after getting home from work if not late (but sometimes I take one like an hour before bed).

Just superior to a morning shower for many reasons.

I'm a morning person. I like a hot shower and at least two cups of strong Colombian first thing.

Every morning, regardless of how dirty I feel. A shower at night if I run, go to the gym, weights, or just feel dirty. If my head is just dirty or oily, I stick my head under the faucet and do that.

Night time, then when I go to bed I smell how fresh my armpits still are.

Yes I take showers in the morning and yes I take them at night. I also take showers after working out, or swimming in a pool (usually in the middle of the day.

IF I am home all day (way to common lately...cry), then I may just take one shower in the morning, it helps me wake up (often a cup of tea finishes the process). If it's extremely hot though I'll often take a hot shower at night even at home, so that my body temp is up, and it feels cool enough to go to sleep for me afterwards.

I have a horrible crappy shower right now and have for a year. It's stand up only, phone booth sized with cracked tiles etc. Worst shower ever. I still take a shower every day.

I didn't get to take showers as a kid, so I have always really appreciated the ability to do so though. I even loved baths back when I actually had them (would love to read in the bath with a nice book and a cup of tea).

Sadly due to health reasons and just lack of energy, moving is too hard for me right now. I even know a place I could move (Forks WA) where mobile homes are only $10k and lot rent is only $240 a month, but I just can't do it right now. I would probably at least have a real shower again if I did though, but I can't drive the 3+ hours to even check it out, let alone move there:(

Either, or both. Showers are how I relax, and taking a shower with all of the lights off really helps my migraines. My water bill is very high, but it's worth it.
