Fresh noodles, not dried. Big chunks of meat and veggies. And a slightly fishy broth that's as good as anything you'd get in a restaurant. A bit on the expensive side compared to Top Ramen or Maruchan, at 72 per packet ($13 for 18), but the packets are bigger (4.2oz vs 3oz for Top Ramen), it has nice large pieces of vegetables, and it just plain tastes better. No MSG, 0g trans fat.
