It also has its own points/reward system (I get points on the phone card and the actual credit card). It's pretty quick to access (just swipe up from the very bottom even when the phone is locked), but you need a pin or fingerprint to access it. I have credit cards. They're not exactly bulky, heavy, or difficult to transport on my person. All I have to do is contact the bank and have them investigate a charge (and that's only if they don't catch it themselves - they've got a decent system in place to monitor spending activity to catch abnormal transactions). I get refunded the money lost and they issue a new card. There's a minor inconvenience being without a card for a couple days, but no real penalty, as I get refunded. In the past 25+ years (of credit history, only maybe 6-8 of which I've had tied to my phone) I've only had to question a charge twice.
