Flagging a PSA, no matter how tasteless and intentionally shocking, goes against what that PSA is going for. Then again, given that the target audience are drivers - who are anywhere from 16 to 80+ - I guess I can see why there's a case for age restricting this, at least on Kids YouTube. You don't need some 6 year old stumbling across a commercial where his demographic get crushed to death by a car. 12 and up, through, I don't have a huge issue with this video not being age restricted.
