Like I said viewmaster_pi, its easy to get under your skin. Also, I recommend getting better at Smash instead of constantly crying about how people who play top tier characters get easy wins. Every time I lurk in those topics, I see someone coddling you or telling you to calm down. Its okay viewmaster, I understand your frustration. Its just video games at the end of the day lol. No need to be in your feelings about losing in friendly matches. You also need to stop entering RE topics trying to argue with people. Thats not healthy behavior.

If you dont like the game then why are you even here trying to provoke people who do like the game? And you say Im fishing for attention. Maybe the reason folks on CE are annoyed by your behavior is because you enter topics trying to start bullshit and when you get called out rightfully so, you get pissed off instead of being a good sport or remaining civil.

What do you think it did better and worse than REmake2? Ill eventually get it on sale like I did with that game but I wanted to know what a fan of the series thinks (Ive only played REmake2 and 4, and that was just last summer)

that's a fair point, for instance, in the evil within 2, i was basically rambo at the tail end of the game. i just wish they'd do something more to make subsequent playthroughs fresh and interesting if it's intended to be played through multiple times like people say

I think as a whole package RE2 is the better game but RE3 is way more fun to play and replay

To be fair there's usually stuff like super weapons or infinite ammo cheats that unlock after beating the game or doing special runthroughs, and those tended to be classic replayability for these games before stuff like mercs or raid mode came about.

It's a really good game, @darkprince45 . I agree. Even liking the Resistance stuff, too. Capcom did a good enough job. Could have been better for sure but I'm digging what I've played.

About 3 hours in myself. Its enjoyable so far. The sewers were a drag but I really liked the parts before and the boss fight after.

the reason why i'll die on this hill is because believe it or not, i love RE, but people are going apeshit over games with less and less content, and it's lowering the standard for the whole series, even though obviously the "true fans" don't care. they'll pay 60 bucks, knock it out in a weekend, "omg that was amazing, goty", and forget they even played it by dinnertime.
I can only hope Revelations 3 is still in the pipeline
