Nichtcrawler X 02/09/20 8:45:10 PM #2:	The 3 CG movies have a CG tv show sequel. No idea what part of the manga the first adaptation adapts. The manga does not really go in chronological order. It basically just goes up to the point where stuff all goes to crap, and Guts becomes a demon hunter. Then bam.....abrupt ending. Kinda painful. There is an anime series that continues after these events, but the animation is so terrible, it's honestly not even worth watching. The animation is cheap 3D garbage. It's kinda offensive, to be honest. The MANGA is where it's at. One if the best mangas of all time. And still on-going to this day (sadly, an issue only comes out like every 5 months or so....which is literal torture). --- Offensive (according to GameFaqs): sexually explicit, gory, or other obscene content. The movies are basically just recaps and some of the best scenes aren't as impactful because of its brisk pace. They do add some scenes and plot elements that were omitted from the 90's anime so it would be worth watching for that.
