I hate cigarettes and wish I could quit those. At least with alcohol, once you're off it you don't get cravings like you do for cigarettes. CaptainStrong posted... I did an indefinite break a few times and there were no side effects or withdrawals like when I tried quitting cigs and sugar that lasts about a week or 2 I enjoy alcohol, even getting drunk on occasion but usually just a few to feel it a little and loosen up. It's only legal because of a loophole in how the FDA classifies supplements. Other than that just weed, cigarettes and nicotine vape.
