It's redundant considering PPI. 55 is what I would use for a sim rig with the screen within kicking distance, higher density would only be exploitable obnoxiously close.

Current tv is 55 inches. If I'm getting another one it needs to be noticeably bigger. 60 inches would be my minimum.

My current is a 65". My last (non-4K) TV was a 47", that is probably the minimum I would consider for my setup. If I was putting the TV in another room (say my bedroom), I might go as low as a 32", but it would probably not be 4K.

I don't mind small monitors since I'd just sit closer... but I don't think I'd go smaller than 13"

My current personal 4k is 42 inches because I sit right next to it when I play, though I suppose if I were to get a monitor or something the smallest I'd go is 24 inches.
