(And, while watching Gordon Ramsay, it once again struck me how crazy it is that non-instructional cooking shows are a big thing. So I guess waitstaff is my only option unless you mean cook like someone who makes pizza or fries chicken. Actually, when it comes down to it, I'd much rather handle the people. People suck, but I have self respect and can usually take it better than most.
