They say this was politically motivated. I looked it up and a year ago apparently Blue Bell was racist for something they claimed.

Here's the story that landed first about the girl who filmed herself picking Blue Bell and putting it back. They had to destroy all the containers and police had to investigate all the containers. Now Blue Bell will probably be forced to protect their cream better and prices will rise. Thanks to some possible activism of a warped mind.

One Halloween when I was a kid, teens went around the neighborhood "Raintree" in Pinevile, NC and smashed in people's car windows and house windows with pumpkins people had put out. It was tens of thousands in damage back in the 80's.

Ehh, legal stuff is all arbitrary. There was a woman in my city who had sex with a 13 y/o boy several times and got literally zero time for it, not even probation or anything. At the same time we have over crowding at our jail because of all the people there for weed and minor offenses who can't pay bail.

that's what she was charged with it's not the actual sentence. She could get 5 months probation for all we know. Similar to the other crimes you listed, normally they are charged with 25 plus years but plea bargain to a reduced sentence to avoid trial and therefore "cost."

that's what she was charged with it's not the actual sentence. She could get 5 months probation for all we know. Similar to the other crimes you listed, normally they are charged with 25 plus years but plea bargain to a reduced sentence to avoid trial and therefore "cost."

When they say up to *whatever years *, that's when indeterminate sentencing comes into play. That is when you hear 5-15 years for crimes. We don't use flat sentencing (for example: straight 7 years) for a variety of reasons

There's no regulation that requires food to have a seal at retail level. The only person legally at fault is the woman.

Blue Bell isn't some small startup that neglected or missed a rule, they're a huge company. If there was a law requiring seals, they'd absolutely have seals.
