Forgot what came up but never got around to it The artist is now in jail for manslaughter. Decided to stab someone in the neck. It would have to be very meaningful and I'd have to be absolutely sure. I have an idea and could possibly do it someday. One issue is that I'd want a tattoo on my hand and most decent artists will not do that as a first tattoo. You can argue and get a waiver for neck and hand tattoos you already have, which may or may not be approved. But you can't get new neck or hand or arm tattoos or add to any existing ones if you get signed up. Basically, it depends on how much the recruiter needs to sign people. I doubt they allow hand and face tattoos. Not sure if they allow neck IF the collar covers it or not.
