16 y/o former Football Player, Aaron Trejo from Texas is charged as an adult for the murder of his 17 y/o PREGNANT girlfriend and CHEERLEADER whose body was found at a restaurant dumpster!!

He stabbed her multiple time and tied a SCARF around her neck which suggests strangulation as well after he HID her Pregnancy from him for SIX MONTHS and it was too late to get an abortion!!

Breana Rouhselang, the cheerleader and football team manager at Mishawaka High School was found dead behind a Pasquale Rulli Pizza, a block just away from where she lived.

He confessed to the murder as he thought about killing her for a WEEK and one day he brought a knife to meet up and killed her before disposing her body and his unborn child in a plastic bag he'd brought along.

Detective Gery Mullins said he interviewed Aaron on the disturbing murder and said it was because of the pregnancy after Breana said she waited too long to tell him about her pregnancy to get an abortion and he said he took action. He said he used a knife because he thought she would "die quickly"

Breana was last seen at her home at 11pm before leaving and telling her Step-mother, Nicole, she was going to meet the father of her baby but when she woke back up at 1am and saw that breana was not at home.

Police went on a quick search in the area and found her body that morning

The 2 went to school together since junior high at John Young Middle School and lived near one another. Nicole said that Breana wanted to go to college but she had gotten failing grades recently. She has been a mother to Breana since she was 6 years old and the family is devastated over the murder

Students staged a walkout in honour of Breana's memory as a gofundme page was established on behalf of her father, Dave and stepmother, Nicole to help pay for funeral expenses..

Do you know people who were teen mom's in the past?

A senseless tragedy that wouldn't have occurred if we had fair and just laws when it comes to parental responsibility and family planning.

The murder was not justified.
But if there was a legal protection for unwilling fathers to disown their responsibility, a "legal abortion" as it's sometimes called, he wouldn't have had any reason to care about the hidden pregnancy in the first place.

I strongly support a woman's right to choose whether she wants the responsibility and burdens of becoming a parent. I also strongly support a man's right to choose whether he wants the responsibility and burdens of becoming a parent. Sadly, most people only support the former, or support neither and think babies as "punishment" for promiscuity is a good thing.

Not sure why anybody thinks hiding a body in a dumpster works, considering how many people have been busted due to it >_>

I never would've guessed.

I dunno..... There are some kids of mixed couples that I know of where they have almost no features of the mother or father. Two of my Scouts have a Black father and Japanese mother and personally I see no Asian aspects in their appearance. Another two couples are Mexican and Japanese but that one I do see some Asian aspects in the kids.

Seems perfectly logical.

Spend the rest of my life in prison where I have a high chance of being murdered myself.

Take care of my family.

Gee, decisions decisions.

In the UK you can get 12 years prison minimum as a 16 y/o, but child support would put him in financial slavery for 16 years, so he gets 4 more free years this way.

You must live in a place full of idiots then.
I admit teenagers aren't typically very wise, but most of them don't think they could get away with murder. Especially one carried out so sloppily.

Also, maybe it's because there was another man willing to care for the child, but I knew a guy who signed his rights (along with having to pay child support) away in exchange for a $500 laptop. Everybody in the community thought he was a piece of shit, and he got so much grief over the whole ordeal that he moved out of town. But that is a thing that happened.

If they have made it clear he doesn't want to be a parent and the girl continues the pregnancy then that's on her. At the end of the day a girl can have a abortion whenever they please during the first several months of a pregnancy in most cases so they are not being forced into being a parent.

Guy should use contraception? Yeah so should the girl if both don't want to be parents but we know it's not as cut and dry as that when one of them wants to be a parent. The moment you don't use contraception is the moment you invite the idea of being a parent into your life. Unless of course it's rape related.

Usually the first one is about if men should have a right in a decision if a woman wants an abortion without his "consent".

I was talking to someone before, and they came up with an interesting system that in order to even engage in such events, you had to pass an emotional maturity test that went over all matter of topics to see if they were in a position to handle consequences of their actions, as well as knowing full details of proper safety methods.

While in theory this works... It would be a nightmare to try to enforce it.
