So I could see the XS and XS Max selling to the fashion-focused crowd, but if their low-end is really gonna be that expensive, I can see that driving a lot of not-so-wealthy people to Android. Which wouldn't be much of a problem in the short run, but, lower sales across the board = less concern for iOS development = a weaker app store, and a weaker ecosystem. The modern fashion-focused Apple is... questionable. Fashion and technology have never really merged much before, and the fashion world is fickle and willing to drop anyone and anything on moment's notice.
