How do you not know anything about the dad? -He was being evicted from his home (while sad, he knew what was coming) -He pointed a loaded AR-15 rifle at the cops -The child was directly behind the dad and was heard saying "Dad, stop. Dad stop" -The dad was known to have had paranoid tendencies and feared his home was being "invaded" If anything, I'm impressed that the cop only fired a single round-can you imagine how much restraint it would have taken to fire only 1 shot (and through his arm instead of centre mass) when you've got an assault rifle pointed at you? I'd like to see you remain as calm under similar circumstances.
