Zeus 07/21/18 10:42:51 PM #7:	It really depends. If they were jaywalking on the highway -- where pedestrians have no right to be at all -- the pedestrian would be 100% at fault. Otherwise blame tends to be assigned in portions (especially for civil matters) and there are certainly mitigating factors. Like if a jaywalker came out of nowhere in the middle of the night, with no street lights, wearing dark clothing, obviously the driver isn't at fault.
