We ate El Polo Loco last night, the establishment smelled like a foul nightmare -- a perfect start for any evenings meal.
Their dumpsters were full of a weeks worth of chicken guts, long decomposing in the harsh California sun. Adding fuel to the fire, all I gained was a hemorrhoid for my troubles.

Like a week maybe? I don't remember because I thankfully haven't had one in a while. Also I didn't bleed when I got them, that sounds bad.

Definitely look into not pushing too hard in the future, for prevention, since you're still bound to get some difficult shits even if you ingest more water and fiber.

Get some witch hazel wipes or some preparation h. It can last a week if you let it heal on it's own. With treatment like two days

Don't try to stretch too quickly. Take more time to adjust to the new, larger plug and try to keep size increases to .5 inches in circumference or under. This will help you to avoid developing hemorrhoids and keep you from developing control issues.

I've had chronic hemorrhoids for a while now, preparation H wipes help a lot, just after you go poo, use one or two of em. Also, a big leg/ass stretch will bring some instant relief, even though for a second it feels like there's a bubble popping in your ass

You shouldn't be bleeding from inflamed hemorrhoids. Depending on how much blood there is and whether or not the blood is mixed with your stool, you could have either an anal fissure, or something much more serious. Which is not to say that anal fissures are to be taken lightly.

Regardless, you should see a doctor. Expelling blood from your rectum is not normal.

Like I said I only had them 3 times and all 3 times were due to the after effects of food poisoning. I mean shitting 20 times a day for a week straight is going to put stress on your back end and it isn't going to be happy about it.
