They are pretty great. Meringues, marshmallows, macarons, souffles, angel food cake... My only problem is finding ways to suitably use up the spare yolks, and vice versa. So often I just end up throwing out the spare white or yolk, which is wasteful.

Yolks are full of good fats and all sorts of vitamins. They're really healthy and it's such a waste to not eat them. That's not even including their great taste. Meanwhile the white is just protein water. It's good for you too, but really the yolk is the star of the egg.

It was:

Two whole large eggs
four large egg whites
Splash of whatever type of milk you prefer, I used unsweetened almond
one Aidell's brand apple chicken sausage, but you could use any flavor really
a small head of broccoli diced up
one slice of gouda cheese
Salt and pepper

Then diced potatoes and ketchup on the side.

I diced the sausage and cooked that up a bit then took it out and set it aside. Put some water in the pan and steamed the broccoli. Drained that and set it aside. Whisked up the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper then scrambled them. When they're almost finished you throw in the sausage, broccoli and cheese and finish them. And while you're prepping and cooking all that you fry up your potatoes. I just bought a bag of frozen ones and put salt, pepper and garlic powder on while they were cooking. Ez pz.

oh i'm not really trying to lose weight at all. i just didn't wanna blow my whole calorie wad for breakfast. that whole meal was still 700 calories.
