on amazon, the 6gb version is about $299, while the 3 gb version is about $260. is it finally time to upgrade?

and should I get another monitor as well? just bought a 1080p monitor maybe 8 months ago, but i wouldn't mind have another the. the one i have in mind is this:

Since we're on the discussion of PCs, Blade and Soul will be switching from UE3 to UE4 in the next year so I'm scared my PC won't run it anymore. Can anyone tell me? I got my rig back in 2012, specs:

Intel i5-3470 4 CPUs, 3.2 GhZ
8192 MB RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti

Amazon has the 1060 with 6 gb for 300 dollars.

I wouldn't expect anything new from Nvidia until sometime next year.

there hasn't been anything so far to imply Nvidia was gearing up for a new gtx series launch, and it looks like there won't be in general.

If anything, you can probably. blame it on the ram shortage/possible price-fixing that's making it hard to do anything

It was $180 when i bought mine like two years ago. This market sucks.

I still use a 760, I'll only upgrade when a game I really want to play requires it

If you can, wait for the new cards. The cryptocurrency boom is subsiding and card prices are falling, so chances are good you could pick up a newer and faster card for less.
