Didn't Spidey fight wolverine for instance a few times (also body swapped with him in unlimted). Hulk and Thor are both pretty tough though. I think wolverine has faught and lost badly to hulk before as well. If you discount phoenix, and prof X's mental powers etc, then yeah, the avengers should win pretty easy.
