Most of the stuff I watch doesn't have the kind of filler that Naruto was plagued with. And if it's one or two episodes out of a two cour show, I don't really mind. I did skim through the first episode of MHA season 3, tho

The "filler" episodes of Bebop are arguably the good episodes. I'll skip the "Vicious" episodes instead.

In general, no, simply because I barely ever watch shows long enough to even have a significant amount of filler. The only time in recent memory that I skipped filler was during my re-watch of Cardcaptor Sakura last year, and only to make sure I finished the re-watch before its sequel series (Clear Card) started airing.
