Old scale says 243.6.

My fiancee it reads 116.4 for her on new. 117.6 for her on old.

Main difference is. New scale is pretty consistent even if I try different spots on the hard tile. Old scale weight moves in different spots on the tile.

Kinda stuck in a rut recently. I saw results till my family vacation. Then SoL. But whatever. If nothing else, my physical results came back and said I have no health problems. So, it could be worse. Still working my way down. Won't quit.

I don't want to know what the scale says. But tomorrow is a new day. My anxiety was really bad after I heard about my family dog passing. Ive just been eating whatever I want for a whole week and a half. We are returning to a keto lifestyle tomorrow.

If it makes you feel better I am consistently weighing in the 230s now or very low 240s. That puts me at 40 lbs down. And still, I look not noticably smaller, clothes don't fit any better, and haven't had a single person notice irl.

Silly setbacks aside, today is turning out well. If I just stay inside all day and snack on smaller things, I'm bound to begin losing after plateauing. It wasn't just drinks. I was eating out way more often too. Bad habits need changing.

I know. Everything is like 100-150 calories though, so unless I eat 10 snacks or 2-3 big meals today, it won't be a problem. It's more important that I stop using the vending machine or conveniences stores as crutches for not having food variety.

I've been lifting with my roommate the last couple months after being out of the gym for a few years. During our first session, I was so soft I didn't dare try 185 on the bench. Yesterday, I put 225 up 4x, so the strength is definitely going up. I'm trying to walk 3-5 miles a day coupled with weightlifting 5-6 days per week.

The downside is that I've been eating like an absolute dumbass, so I currently tip the scales at 224, the second fattest I've ever been.

Went crazy with food over the last 7 days because I had finished my semester with straight As and wanted to treat myself (also I'm not in need of really losing weight at 5'11" ~150 lbs). Gained a couple pounds but it was worth it. Now that Summer is here and I'm not doing much of anything, I can get back on an intermittent fasting schedule and I can do some working out a bit more often.

Well your other comment makes sense so I take it back. I often hear overweight people speak about how baffled they are by being heavy yet "not eating".

Liquid calories are the worst man is it just full calorie soda or energy drinks? At least on a diet if you eat your calories it's much more satisfying.

Hit the diet soda, low calorie energy drinks, black coffee. If nothing else you'll lose weight with that little effort alone !

I take in way too many liquid calories but it's alcohol. Even then I try and limit the damage. No beer, non flavored liquor, 0 calorie mix (if you're also a booze bag like me).

I was 205 my whole life but my main calories came from soda and then beer when I got to age.

Or it just burns the muscle instead. But work hard enough and get enough protein and youre safe, so its still a great way to increase your TDEE (Too bad you cant know how much muscle you have unless you find out your body fat %, which is easier said than done.)
