They became legends.

Depends a lot in the Winter Olympics since a lot of nations send people or teams that maybe arent realistically expecting to medal. But in the summer olympics I get whatcha mean, except there it usually is impressive youre there at all since there is so much competition. Especially in the summer, you are still an Olympic level athlete.
