Also the double rewards for cycle quests ends soon, so dont forget to use your keys and books before then if you can.

Ive gotten enough Balthier and Terra 4* artifacts for 3 Balthier passives and 2 Terra passives, but havent gotten a single 4* for Edge.

I suppose in the long run thats fine, but Ive been using Edge for this raid so one or two would be nice!

Nope, I am shit at this game. I have 50/50 Warrior of Light and Y'shtola, and character level 50 for Squall and Cloud with their crystal levels being in the high 40s. I only use those 4 for content so that I can Auto Clear stage 50 of the crystal stages, so I haven't really leveled anyone else at all lol.

I don't do the co-op quests at all except for the the one to unlock Balthier, and I did that solo.

Hit 1 million in the Balthier event this afternoon. I might see if I can grind out to two million over the next few days then move on to Eiko. Hopefully Eikos raid is as quick and easy as Balthiers.

Yeah, but to be fair, I only do the lowest level Co-op so I could unlock Balthier. I haven't done anything after that. I did try to do the quest Co-op at first and it took 5 minutes to even get one person to join my group, and then they left after another minute. So that's why I just said screw it and did it solo.

I'm just not a fan of the Co-op (or PvP) stuff in games. I have always been a solo gamer.

I got 3 of Eikos 5* from tickets. Was hoping to get one more Chocoblade to MLB it, but this banner isnt worth multipulling on. Oh well.

Havent tried the level 70 yet, still trying to clear out the Balthier one. I did finally get an Edge 4* artifact after 1.5 million points.

Probably, but I'm also realizing that I can't maintain a steady grind on the events as is, nor can I supplement my equipment with pulls from every banner. My gem income has slowed down incredibly since I am free to play, so it's actually more fruitful for me to just grind out Crystal Levels and focus on a handful of characters, and just make sure I unlock everyone.

The ONLY content I really do is the Crystal missions since I don't do the Co-op, and I generally just do the other events for the character unlocks and maybe the first 5* armor unlock for them. But since I can't afford to pull on the banners of these event characters, it seems pointless to really work on the Armor for them when I can't even guarantee a weapon for them.

So, the Crystal reward reset was only for the x2 weeks? I didn't do any of the quests below level 50 for any of the Crystal quests after the reset with the x2 bonus. Now that the x2 bonus is over, all my 40 and lower quests are showing complete again.

Correct. The x2 missions were basically a brand new set of missions that temporarily replaced the regular versions. Now that they are over, the previous missions are back and your progress in them was retained.

The Eiko lv 70 co-op is so much easier and much faster to farm as scores tend to be higher. Artifacts are still rubbish, though.

I didn't get all the gems because I figured it would be better to focus on grinding crystals while rewards were doubled and that I'd go back and get the gems after.

I grabbed all the gems when they came up on daily rotations. Wish I spent a few more keys during the event, but the maintenance kinda caught me off guard yesterday when I was planning to spend some time grinding crystals. Oh well.

Still need about 400k more points in the Balthier event, then I can get going on Eiko. I have her at 50/50 with a 2x LB weapon, so I should be in good shape there.

I already had Yda's 5* and have managed to get two more copies of it just using tickets as I grind the co-op. So yeah, using Yda for the co-op.

Finally finished the Balthier event. Those last few runs were rough, so many unused abilities by my teammates.

Eiko event is definitely a lot easier. As long as you have an Eiko in the party, it's tough to have the fight take longer than ~30 turns.

Shiva fights are all pretty simple too, though I haven't unlocked EX yet.

I have to level Shiva to 15 to unlock the 30 Stamina parts in this dungeon?

The level 6 fight, just before the gate, is 30 stam.

Well I mean the 30 stamina Crystal / Orb battles

With 166 stamina I like having the 30 stamina ones to auto through when I have a surplus of stamina to use and not the time to actively fight bosses

yeahhh the eiko 70 co-op is so much easier with 1 eiko, annnd even got my own 5* for eiko earlier today woo, although I like using my yda that has some limit break

ex-shiva beated easy first shot too, just my 3 plat weapon party of terra/firion/vanille, with a cloud support for cross slash spamming at the end, nothing too special

The 2* mat for Shiva you mean? Those are dropped from the Pt. 3 of the Shiva event.

Finished Shiva EX will all missions, but only scoreed 15k points, so I didn't get all the achievements. Getting 22k seems like it'll be tough, I'm not sure how much faster I could realistically have done that.

Im not sure who comes first between Ashe and Lightning for me. I know Light is Chapter 8, but not sure where Ashes event is in the schedule.

Ehhh more than that, we should be getting up to Ramza before the Layle chapter starts. At least in the JP version I joined the game when Layle launched, and the Ramza event was already running at that time (followed by Ace shortly after, and then the Squall/Vanille/Setzer returner event)

2 days: Tidus
9 days: Prishe
16 days: Faris
23 days: Ramza

+3 weeks minimum, but I'd expect another break in there too

Btw another thing that came by the time of Layle's chapter, more things to use Dissidia Points on. When I started playing w/Chapter 7 there were co-op stamps in the dissidia points shop for each of the Event characters that already arrived (including Prishe/Faris whos events ended before I started playing)... and some Kefka ones for some reason.

I'm likely going to Uninstall myself.

I like SE, I like Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo. I just am not getting into this game, and I think a lot of it is that it's just too much of grinding and a heavy focus on Coop. If you could auto pass Crystal and Cactuars missions, it might free up some time to do other stuff, but I don't enjoy having to Coop in games, and that is starting to feel mandatory now.

I'm considering a multipull, but I think I'm going to finish getting the tickets from the Eiko event first and see what those get me.

I also checked a speculative event schedule this morning and Lighting and Ashe are both supposed to be out within two weeks of each other, so I kinda want to be extra stingy with gems until then.
