I disagree that it's class warfare, as even though they are poorer - they occupy the same relative class within their country.

However, you do bring up a good point about saving lives. Malaria/Mosquito nets/tents and so on are a worthy cause.

If I could do anything, I would crack into their databases, completely undetected, and extract any damning evidence of them covering up any cure, and then spamming it on 4chan to force it into public consciousness.

The idea that the medical field as a whole could get together and support such a lie is intellectually dishonest, those physicians would not let their loved ones die just to support a system that makes them that much more money. I've worked with end stage cancer patients the only person that could deny them effective treatment would be a monster. Just because you have a problem with authority figures doesn't mean you can just throw out common sense and decency to tell people that 'like they're just holding off on a magical cure to make more money man'

Pharmaceutical companies literally pay doctors bonuses if they get customers hooked on their brand of medicine. That is verifiable financial and legal fact.

Still the bottom line with this cancer cure conspiracy is that it falls in the same category as other conspiracy theories. There are just too many mouths to keep shut for something like that to be close to plausible. I'm not denying that big pharma is corrupt and that in a lot of cases they're really just legal drug dealers that push drugs on people for profit but the idea that they could successfully cover up something so huge is insane. Not to mention, anyone who found a cure would probably be excited about divulging their findings (unless you're saying that they all get murdered before they can or something).

idk, man, if you took care of malaria, you'd still need to take care of dysentery, hunger, violence, systemic poverty, clean water, etc, etc, and, after you spent trillions doing all that, guess what?
