Still the bottom line with this cancer cure conspiracy is that it falls in the same category as other conspiracy theories. There are just too many mouths to keep shut for something like that to be close to plausible. I'm not denying that big pharma is corrupt and that in a lot of cases they're really just legal drug dealers that push drugs on people for profit but the idea that they could successfully cover up something so huge is insane. Not to mention, anyone who found a cure would probably be excited about divulging their findings (unless you're saying that they all get murdered before they can or something).
