Yes but nothing major. Just 2 DUIs, 1 hit and run, 3 aggravated assaults, 1 extortion, 1 impersonating a peace officer, 2 counts fraud, 5 possession of narcotics, 5 possession of drug paraphernalia, 5 attempting to sell drugs to undercover officer, 2 public indecency, and I got caught eating a bald eagle once. Oh and I once got caught running a sex trafficking ring but the warrant used by the cops was falsified so I got off scott free.

Not me (and I want to permanently stay clean) but some of my family members had, but for personal reasons, I won't be going into details. I just felt like posting a message now rather than lurking on the message boards.

i've had a police report filed on me, but never been charged with anything or even cuffed at any point in my life.

basically I could have been arrested by the cop brushed it off as young men doing what young men do. get into fights with one another. but filed the reports just so they'd have a file on us in case we ever got into trouble again.

don't think they get removed. not sure though. closest thing I know of to having a record removed is if you where underage, and even then you can't have it removed, just sealed to where it would take a court order to be able to see what was in it (but say employers could see you had a record, just not of what), and that has to be asked for, its not simply just done.

I guess the only thing I've been caught with was dodging for the skytrain a.k.a metro, happened the day my brother borrowed my pass without me knowing and the same day they had people checking for fares when that seldom happens in the first place.

didn't know that. though I had a feeling it varied state to state. where I live I can look up peoples criminal records online. (in state) its been a long time since i've done it but I remember you could only see so much without paying a fee though. found out the boss of my last job had been arrested for larceny through it. and it had happened in the 80s
