A muscle on the inside of my left thigh that has been insanely tight and sore.

decided to skip exercise today because of how my schedule is going to be. although in hindsight if I had decided this earlier I should have exercised yesterday instead of taking the weekend off. oh well. I'm still figuring out and refining my best schedule for this.

i'd recommend determining how many days a week you'd like to eat at home vs go out, and then base future decisions from there!

Ever since I started taking naps lying directly on the floor, my muscle spasms have decreased and my hips are looser. Huh.

My body weight routines dynamically involve all of these except for sit-ups. Flutter kicks, dips and a number of yoga poses are also included.

I do have some dumbbells lying around, but I tend to neglect those and it's only sets of 5, 10 and 20.

I have a bench and those Bowflex SelectTech weights. I bought all of that in like 2005? for probably 600 bucks and it was a great investment.

the weights take up very little space, so it's all about having a bench you can deal with. I took a lot of parts off of mine so keep it as small as possible - it was a big contraption that I got on major sale. Though, for sure, I've lived in houses since 2005, so it's been easier for me to have space that I needed

did some lifting. actually pretty glad about this change in routine (do exercise sunday, allow me to skip monday without feeling guilty). since I don't have any work or responsibilities. yeah, granted, I really just want to take the day off and relax since I have a day off. but on the other hand it means I can go to the gym with a lot more energy. as compared to a weekday where I have to drag myself there in the morning and probably don't have as much enthusiasm to put toward it.

I was able to work out a little bit, but toe cramps in both feet ended it early. I've been having problems with cramping feet for a long time, but it's gotten pretty bad in recent years.

Haven't been posting in here like I wanted to. Yesterday morning went bouldering. On sighted a couple V4s, afterwards did some pullups using the hanging balls. Later in the day the wife and I went to the other climbing gym and did some sport climbing. First time I'd done not bouldering. It was alright, but not as fun as bouldering.

Played football for an hour today

Christ it's hot, even after 6pm.

Did some situps/press ups/burpees yesterday...not much, just to keep things ticking over. And to kind of make up for the fact that I had a McDonald's breakfast on the way to work (I was out of milk!), a Subway for lunch (I couldn't be bothered to make my own sandwiches!) and then a curry after work (I was invited!).

not at all, funny enough. though really this is about what I expect. I'm always like this with exercise and physical activity

before I do it: it's going to be such a pain, I'm too tired, I don't want to
