Ep 7 cleared, will wrap up the show today.

This show has some damn violent moodswings.

I don't think it gets the game over that well, we only see boss battles after a certain point.

And flashes of them at that.

You could honestly substitute any mmo in without affecting the plot.

I think some added variety would help.

Hey Lightning has ONLY ever loss to characters literally nobody else in the contest could beat either. NOBODY was beating Marche or Steiner

Heh I agree no one could've done it, but I meant if you just take the characters into account and not the propaganda/anarchy/coup d'etat/users' popularity/backdoor deals behind them- which admittedly was 95% of said characters' runs to begin with... the point is without all that crap Marche and Steiner are jobbers. Lightning lost to jobbers and Terra is (unfortunately) a legitimate contender so she probably chokes there too. I just think she's a choker now. If only we got that Squall vs. Lightning final then maybe we could've seen what she could actually do.

Nah, I was just happy to see him make it as far as he did. And I don't know much about Vivi but he has a cool design so at least Locke didn't lose to a character that I actively dislike

Well, I don't think anybody is actually agonizing over it. I feel like the people who only want her to win to make people angry will be disappointed at the reaction it gets if she does. The people who don't want her to win but think she will have already resigned themselves to that fate.

I guess my only surprise is that people would even want to troll this contest in its current state. By all accounts Marche made perfect sense, but there's like nothing to really lash out at right now. Maybe rallying against Leon making SMFFFC "boring"?

Also it is weird on Lightning because I adore Lightning but I am contractually obligated to not save her.

probably Relm imo. Relm seems to get some genuine dislike, and also has the potential for being disliked due to getting saved over more popular characters from her own game if she goes on a run.
