I've tried Zarya, she gets boat-loads of assists but it's hard to get kills.

It's so annoying when you're one hit away from a kill only for it to be stolen by a Junkrat bomb bouncing into the room, a Genji swift strike or a Scatter Arrow from 3 miles away lol

I've seen Dvas clean up pretty well. Their ability to chase after weakened targets helps a lot.

I have NEVER seen a Zarya, which is funny considering I'm pretty sure I've seen every other hero, including weird picks like Ana and Torbjorn.

I played two FFA games, won with mccree and came in third with mei after leading the game until I peaked at 17 points. too many people around to finish off frozen people.

either way, it seems really fun.

I entered a game that had 3 Meis already so I decided to join in as a 4th. It was hilarious. You'd hear her Ult go off every minute. People would survive one only to immediately be trapped in another one.

This guy got the 20th kill like half a second before me and teabagged me so I spent the next 3 rounds against him killing him and teabagging him every single time.

I had a match where after the first round I had 5 gold medals as lucio. If like matchmaking and elo was actually accurate something like this should never happen.

I had a match where I dropped in the middle of the second round and by the end of it I already had four golds as Lucio. By the end of the game I had all five.

It was funny because there were these two guys on chat and one of them got mad at the other for not voting for him but the other guy was like "Dude, he got FIVE golds!"

Ok I like FFA now since Junkrat is a god in it. Won 3 matches in a row with my last being a 5 kill PotG (2 with a mine and 3 with my ultimate)

Wow I have gotten several legendary skins in a row the last few loot boxes. Only thing I need for Tracer now is her finger gun emote since I just got her ugly punk skin. Also got Safari Winston and the other underwater one that isn't the Frog one.

FFA ties are weird. 2-4 all had 18 points, but I had more Assists and 1 less death than 2nd and 3rd, but it gave me 4th :/

is it just based on who got the points first? Like one guy got 18, so he became 2nd, then you get 18 and become 3rd and it checks nothing beyond that?

Every time a season starts it almost drives me to quit the game entirely.

The placement matches are actually worthless and have no point, too, so it's a double shitshow.

Went 4 and 6 and still landed higher than I was last season where I went 8-2 and also never played one match post placement.

What a worthless waste of time.

In previous seasons they were intentionally holding your SR down some so you felt like you were making progress as it climbed back up post placement. It was a pretty bad idea made even worse when people got wise to it.

My experience is quite the opposite.

In comp, everyone believes their DPS skills are crucial and there's NO WAY anybody else can be left with such an important task. I had to go healer in almost every match.

Also, two of my matches had me teamed alongside a group of 4 running 4 tanks.

I also only do placement matches. I view it as longer QP games though, because it's not really anything else if you don't plan to move your rank.

Actually, these placement matches....I think were the first time I was ever in a game where nobody went healer in months. I'm way more likely to not have to go healer in QP.

Playing Custom FFA Deathmatch with friends is the real best mode.

Wooooooh boy Deathmatch is not good on levels other than Château. They should have just stuck with the one like they did for 3v3 at first.

I haven't been enjoying it. I noticed that I didn't get the free Deathmatch lootbox when I placed in the top four when I tied with the guy in fifth.

Yeah I was liking DM a ton but looks like it was all the map. I hope they do something about this because this mode is a travesty in map rotation.

I got a free lootbox when I place second in FFA deathmatch even though the icon said it was supposed to be for winning. Then when I placed first I didn't get a box and the icon is still there. So yeah seems super fudged right now.


That box may have been for the weekly arcade boxes. I guess I dont know what counts as a win since I am up to 5 on the week and I know I havent placed 1st 5 times in FFA.
