Instead of calling a woman a bitch, which I dislike doing for personal reasons, I said someone in a story of mine was acting like a total "[first letter of the word I said I didn't like to use about women ] + word"

Literally all I said. Got a nice little mod for censor bypassing. Here, mods-- I won't censor shit for ya-- bitch bitch bitch bitch, as in Kyle's mom's a stupid bitch! We have the most snowflake moderators on the internet, I have no idea how they survive in the real world.

I got modded in tiago's "when did you lose your virginity" poll. All I said was that I was glad I didn't lose it to my high school girlfriend because she was really immature (not that I was a saint, but I was always tried to be respectful) and often acted like a... see first post.

I always thought censor bypassing meant, like, y'know, ACTUALLY trying to bypass the censors for people who didn't have the profanity meter turned off.

The stupidest moderation I've had was for comparing somebody to Saruman because, and I quote, "It made the person sound evil." Keep in mind that we can literally call people evil without violating the TOS on these boards -- something posters here routinely do, usually without any merit -- and I got 3kl'd for alluding to a group's evil.

Dunno what post 30 or the PMs said, but the board etiquette makes it explicitly clear that "b****" is an appropriate way of writing bitch, and consequently "b-word" is fine too, since it contains less information than "b****".

On a video game board, I gave away $70 in console funds so that someone could buy a video game. I just wanted to be generous to a stranger for no other reason than doing so. I've done giveaways on that board before.

I gave the codes away and I confirmed with the winner that they worked. I closed the topic. TEN HOURS LATER I WAS MODERATED FOR ADVERTISING.

I've been here for years and this site has become shit. It's both the users AND mods now. I saw a topic where a mod was deliberately and blatantly flaming users and trolling them. Nothing was done about it. People are off topic, flaming, trolling, and offensive and it's allowed to go on for hundreds of posts. But give something away to someone and close the topic, and you're suspended for a few days.
