Pokemon GSC wasn't even on their 2012 list, nor were any of the non-Persona SMT games. Pokemon GSC wasn't even on their 2012 list, nor were any of the non-Persona SMT games. Secret of Mana and Diablo 1 were 15th and 16th on their 2012 list which was weird even then and them would look ludicrous now. Maybe they hadn't played Mother 3 at the time and have since done so? I dunno.
