So, this game is a little light on content right now. Devs are working hard and among the things in the next update are stat tracking, competitive matchmaking and a few other things. New characters and modes are also on the way, as are improvements to the private match lobby system.

Would love to get some more Disc Jamming in. I'm ninnyjams on Steam and ninnyjams on PS4. This game is very good.

I've only played about 5 or 6 matches of doubles, and none of them were against above average players, so my strategy of "I'm going to play this the same as a 1v1" likely won't work against people who are actually good.

My strategy is 'Just be in the only place the good player can't be and hope the other team got no game'

Yeah, I basically just use singles strats unless there is a really good pass oppportunity.

but that typically results in them not being aware of the incoming pass and having a slow shot.

I like to pass when I have serve in doubles. I never pass when I'm in front, unless my teammate is juiced and I'm confident I can get a perfect pass in.

Patch is live on PC. Makenna nerfed slightly, Haruka boosted significantly. Stats have been reset :( but stat tracking and ranked are there.

If you are at the net you block it and it flops over their side for a pretty easy point if they aren't close enough to get to it.



If you hold it you get a full shield and if you are further back in the court and block a shot with a full shield going it will fly in the air and you an stand under it to get a full charge to use a Super.

I played 1 match since the update and lost pretty convincingly against someone who was not very good, so I'm definitely in the "I suck now" camp as well. I'm not sure what about Makenna was nerfed, but it seemed like nothing that usually worked for me was working, especially when it came to sliding across the map to grab the disc.

I really like the concept of the game, but I think I might be done with it, for now at least. I'm not really looking for more to be added, I think there's enough there, I just don't have any desire to play it currently.
