I thought Hakumen was like A or B tier in CS (granted they have changed it a lot since then but I don't think he is low / bottom tier in CS)

CT he was low / bottom tier

He was garbage in CT, in the upper half of the cast in CS, and garbage again in CS2, which was what was played last year at EVO.

He also got progressively harder to use in each version of the game. So he was a character whom only Carl was harder to use and whom only Tager was less worth using.

(no idea about EX. only tier list i saw was early and had him on top. no idea if he's any easier to use.)
