1. No alt voting 2. Matches will last exactly 24 hours. If someone goes up 15 on their opponent and discussion is clearly over, the match might end early. 3. Be honest with your vote. I can't hold anyone to this, but just pick who you think will win the match regardless of other circumstances. 4. Feel free to debate how much and how ever you like. 5. Don't have fun, fun is your enemy. 6. Bold your vote!
Last Match: I had to dust off the old tiebreaker rules and cast the deciding vote. I have decided that Soifon would beat Cole in a fight, and thus she moves on.
There will be spoilers for Godzilla and Marvel Comics!
Godzilla
From the Godzilla series, Godzilla is the titular monster, a product of irradiation and mutation. Godzilla is resistant to most damage thanks to a tough hide and an advanced healing factor; he is strong and dextrous, utilizing martial arts techniques in combat. Godzilla's main attack is his atomic breath, which releases a concentrated blast of radiation from his mouth, which can vary in intensity from a superheated vapor to a breath with concussive and explosive properties.
Godzilla also possesses skills, often employed as weapons of last resort that are only seen on rare occasions, such as a nuclear pulse (which emits nuclear energy from all directions in a short-range pulse) and even the ability to fly.
Cable
Cable is a character from the Marvel Comics, primarily he has dealings with the X-Men. He possesses what could be described as vast amounts of psionic powers which can be used to nearly their full capacity as he has a good hold on the virus which ravages him. Cable was born with telepathic and telekinetic abilities of all sorts as well, and he can use those to nearly their full extent as well. Part of his body is made of techno-organic material, and as such Cable benefits from increased strength and endurance because of this.
Write-ups are summations, neutral, etc.

Does Godzilla have any real experience in dealing with telepathy, and how useful is Cable's telepathy as a means of offense (I can never keep track of which Marvel telepaths stick purely to reading minds and which ones can make you think you're a lawn chair)?

Mistake you're making - overlooking the fact that we might not want to be saved.
It's jesus cable, who was using deadpools regeneration to maximize his power. As a result he disarmed entire nations, stopped aids, lowered car accidents, all while holding an entire city up with tk, which he built. During his fight with surfer the two didn't kill anyone because they were deconstructing and reconstructing everything around them to the atomic level. On phone so can't link, but yeah. Jesus cable was a beast.

so yeah, jesus cable is basically all of 10 chapters or so before he ends up going to some stuff and turns into jesus-lite. jesus cable himself though...
actually deals with a guy who moves and fights at light speed pretty easily, does a lot of battlefield removal in it too. also does a lot on a regular basis.
guy was basically willing to take on the world head on and win, but die in the process. then surfer happened which was a whole other power shown there with subatomic control in the fight.

and yeah, Cable. godzilla's perk is being tanky. ain't close to being fast enough to tag a game Cable who can pick him up easy, out-tank him, and out power him.
