Because Season Four of NXT started late in 2010, and Season Five debuted zero new wrestlers to WWE and lasted through the end of the year, absolutely zero new people got introed through NXT this year as compared to last year which saw 26 people debut through NXT alone (plus others like ADR and the Usos). Someone on PWB says that the only people who had their debut WWE match this year on television (that weren't just indy jobbers) were Mason Ryan, Sin Cara, Jinder Mahal, Hunico, and Epico. I don't recall TNA debuting anyone new either outside of the X-Division and Anarquia. Personally I'd give the award to Hunico.
