This if of course subjective for the character so you'll have to use your own judgment. I'm conflicted on Leblanc. On the one hand she kinda represents everything that's wrong with X-2. On the other hand, she does it in such a ridiculous way that it's much less annoying than the other offenders in the game-- to the extent that I might actually like her character if she were in fact ridiculously out of place like she would be in a normal game. But she's not, so instead of standing out she just seems like "another character in the game who does what she does better but not well enough to stand out." Let's say uh...

Lowest score I can give is a 0 correct? Damn. If only I could give negative points...
LeBlanc is a trainwreck of a character. First of all, she's a terrible antagonist- and I know she's not the main antagonist, but she is the first antagonist you see, ergo anyone short of patience that sees her is going to think the game is ridiculous and stupid based on its villainess unless they play on which they won't if they're truly short of patience. If her job was to deter people from getting into X-2 then she'd be fantastic at it I'm sure, but no.
Second off... she's not hot. I hope the people saying she's hot are being ironic. Look at that stupid hairstyle with sticks sticking out every which way... That revealing yet still unappealing outfit... It's like she's trying to look like a Chinese Mafia boss but she's obviously American and trying to fake a British accent (badly I might add). Her theme (which is actually okay but not enough to convince me to spare her even a percentage of a point) also sounds Oriental. Her character is just a mess.
Last, and most importantly of all, there's her sick obsession with Noojie-Woojie *vomit*. Of all the hot guys to be obsessed with in X-2... okay of the two hot guys to be obsessed with in X-2 why would you pick Nooj over either of them??? She made that massage scene SO DISTURBING by blathering on about that crazy-haired amputee creep! I just don't... Yuck. No point for you.

Yeah, as someone who frequently gives/deducts points for looks, I actually agree that Leblanc isn't very attractive. She's not ugly or anything but even if you like the Lady Luck Dressphere the Dullwings all look better in it pretty easily.
