It still gets annoying after a while.

I haven't played the game in years, but I still vividly remember doing this about a hundred times:
- Warp to Fishbel.
- Climb into the ship. Watch as my party members pile in one by one.
- Spend about 3 seconds sailing to that little island. The music barely starts up before it's over.
- Land the ship. Watch as my party members pile out one by one.
- Walk into the town.

You know, it's not bothersome at first. But after a while I just kept thinking, "Why can't I just teleport to the town, dammit?!"

huh so there was a boss in that cave as well as two Wind Shards. Sort of weird this arc really didn't have a villain. It was just more of a side thing after the events in town were over.

I haven't played nearly enough DQ games. Got IX and loved it; considering buying some of the earlier games if I ever get to the point where I can just buy videogames whenever I feel like it. Although from what I hear, some of the best games in the series are on systems that I don't own.

I haven't played nearly enough DQ games. Got IX and loved it; considering buying some of the earlier games if I ever get to the point where I can just buy videogames whenever I feel like it. Although from what I hear, some of the best games in the series are on systems that I don't own.

If you have a GB or GBA you can play 1-3 and if you have a DS you can play 4-6
