I would consider everyone at work a work friend, however a lot of them have this large clique where they go out to eat and hang out into the early morning hours at IHOP. Would I like to be invited? Sure, I enjoy their company and it would be nice to hang with them outside of work. Am I offended? No, I know it's not a personal slight against me, I recognize that they have a stronger bond than they do with me and that's ok.
