If you buy something with a debit card but need a refund and the seller won't give it to you, you are probably shit out of luck. I think it just makes you figure out how to cheese the mechanics of the game better because rarely is the increase in difficulty from better "AI" decisions. I stopped letting voiced scenes finish the dialogue boxes for me nearly half-way through and I still clocked in 90 hours.
