If you have a spare PSU or a spare video card that needs its own power, even an old shitty one, that'd be a good swap to narrow it down. You could also wait a bit and order a PSU tester for a hell of a lot cheaper than either, one that has a test port for 6/8 pin PCI-E devices as well as the main ATX connector |

There is zero reason to ground the car waiting for parts, it's perfectly safe to drive. Those belly pans are just there to keep road grime and road debris out of the engine compartment, and to a lesser extent reduce drag and maaaybe optimize airflow through the radiator shroud. They're also overpriced in my experience, at least OEM stuff. |
