good point, the Lincoln Mark VIII is essentially the same vehicle (so is that era Thunderbird)

parts wise, that could be a real bitch. there'll be plenty of aftermarket support for major things, especially anything related to the engine, but if you need something that's OEM-only it's probably gonna be discontinued (especially anything trim or upholstery related). Ford hasn't made anything based on that MN12 platform for over 20 years, so there's no support for it outside of aftermarket or junkyard/used
