I'd love for anybody here to attempt to make a compelling argument for why not voting for Biden (which in reality, is the same as voting for Trump)
So if I vote Trump, I'm actually voting for him twice?
How the hell does Biden stand a chance when votes for him count as one, votes for his opponent counts as two, and votes for neither count as a vote for his opponent?

Game Pass is a great deal when you get the 2 weeks (or a month if they still do that) for $1. I've finished like 3 or 4 games for a couple bucks doing that, heh

I'd never pay real money for it though, the windows store has too many shenanigans going on with it like randomly deciding to delete games and account-tying your save games

I received a similar moderation for saying Ben Shapiro carries water for the alt-right. They said this was offensive to say about a Jew, so in my dispute, I informed them about an article from an Israeli Jewish newspaper (Haaretz) that goes into how Ben Shapiro is as alt-right as a Jew can possibly get:

They didn't want to hear it. A lot of mods are alright, but it's clear there are definitely some chuds on the moderation team.
That can't be right, I was pretty firmly told that mods are nonpartisan and don't moderate based on their personal politics.

It was cool but the flow was kinda weird because of how limited your energy was and how kneecapped you are during cooldown. Warframe is similar gameplay-wise but without those dips

Also RE6 is another TPS with a great combat system

Then it's official: the LGBTQ+ flag is superior to the American flag. Rainbow-colored stripes are way easier to correctly recreate from scratch than the exact positions of all 50 stars (which all have to be drawn identically and flawlessly) in the blue corner.
Some flags are even easier to recreate than that.

Fuckin yikes!

Honestly I believe the claim that all they do is narrative consulting but the games they've been associated with really are some of the crappiest crap from the past couple years. My assumption is that if a dev or publisher feel like they need to consult such a firm to make their game's writing coherent then they probably are just not very good at their job in general and that's why most of the stuff associated with this firm is monkey stool

Anti-Trump people should be ecstatic about this but they're not seeing the bigger picture. It shouldn't be the state's job to decide whether candidates can run on a ballot as they're much too centralized in power. This is going to prevent some rogue swing state from being able to frustrate a candidate's chances to appear on the ballot in the future.
Agreed. Sooner or later the precedent would undoubtedly screw over a dem candidate

Yeah I find the gaming doomerism very annoying. Gaming has been great lately, last year was fantastic.

This is great to hear, DD 1 was a great game that I put like 200 hours into. Capcom has been nailing it these past few years

https://www.ign.com/articles/game-developers-mass-layoffs-human-impact-sony-ea

Several people I spoke to noted that their studios had increased diversity, equity, and inclusion [DEI] efforts in prior years when funding was robust, resulting in improved hiring initiatives and greater diversity in junior roles at major studios. But when the time came for layoffs, the developers who benefited from those initiatives often lost their jobs. Former employees of Epic Games, 343 Industries, and Bungie all told me that their companies DEI groups had been hurt by layoffs, with key employee leaders losing their jobs and companies making little effort to fill the gaps. This has left marginalized developers trapped in an overcrowded job market with few opportunities to get back on their feet.

Why am I not surprised the marginalized employees were first on the chopping block :(

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/supreme-court/supreme-court-rules-trump-cannot-kicked-colorado-ballot-rcna132291?utm_source=pocket-newtab-en-us

In an unsigned ruling with no dissents, the courtreversed the Colorado Supreme Court, which had determined that Trump could not serve again as president under Section 3 of the Constitution's 14th Amendment.

The provision prohibits those who previously held government positions but later engaged in insurrection from running for various offices.

The court said the Colorado Supreme Court had wrongly assumed that states can determine whether a presidential candidate or other candidate for federal office is ineligible.

Welp
