Every moderation except one was a breach of ToS. The other a misunderstanding that was swiftly corrected.

prob only 2 times out of a dozen or so moderations
i only corrected 1 that i cared about (got my account banned). the other was just something i felt too lazy to correct since i didnt face any serious consequences.

Nah, all my moderations have been justified pretty much when I look back on them.

I remember I got modded for making a topic saying I was working out and losing weight to bang more Asian chicks and it got modded like 4 days and 100 posts later. 2 other mods even came out and were like "Why was that modded?" That's the only time I can think of >_>

I got one of the oldest active accounts left on this site. I'm a relic on gamefaqs. I been in purgatory 3 times and modded countless times in my lengthy stay. But hey at least they never banned me! I'd be sad to lose such an old relic account

I received a similar moderation for saying Ben Shapiro carries water for the alt-right. They said this was offensive to say about a Jew, so in my dispute, I informed them about an article from an Israeli Jewish newspaper (Haaretz) that goes into how Ben Shapiro is as alt-right as a Jew can possibly get:

They didn't want to hear it. A lot of mods are alright, but it's clear there are definitely some chuds on the moderation team.

I'm relatively certain there's a mod or two that are staunchly right wing and don't like hearing bad spoken about their prime purveyor of koolaid.

They didn't want to hear it. A lot of mods are alright, but it's clear there are definitely some chuds on the moderation team.

That can't be right, I was pretty firmly told that mods are nonpartisan and don't moderate based on their personal politics.

Not in a while. There was some rogue alt right asshole mod who likely doesn't moderate this site anymore that'd go around deleting shit I said a month ago or suspending me for talking shit about catholic priests or Republicans who tolerate racism. But not much since like 2019 or something.

Wasn't me, but that mod is absolutely valid, IMO, and seems an admin agreed. I laughed when I saw it in the queue because it was so surreal, but the mod note is accurate.

They have a pretty loose definition of trolling, but most of the time they're fine.

Abused is a strong word. Id say Ive been ticky tacked a few times by mods that were bored.

Idk, I still object to (maybe) being suspended for saying that if sexual abuse was as rampant at Chipotle as it was at the catholic church, people would have boycotted Chipotle.

I've had a couple that were clearly a butthurt right wing mod up in his feels, but for the most part I can look at my moderations and go "fair, next".

Probably why I get moderated so rarely. I actually take accountability for my actions, unlike the chudreddit brigade.
