I've never seen us use a survivor that is removed from the game to create a win condition like that but that might just be a personal problem

I was closer to siding with Corrik here, but turbo makes good points. If there was a guaranteed way for the survivor to 100% know the scumteam and know the game can end - then the game will advance to a scum win by default. But it sounds like technically there are still things under player control, or that the players don't know, that could (in rare cases) affect it?

Game is automatically over once non town controls the lynch. This is a game the host should call because it is already over. Survivor auto sides with scum on that scenario.

Also you could just not put survivor in your games because it is a terrible role to include anyway.

Survivor doesn't prevent town from winning and mafia doesn't control the lynch unless host confirms the setup (by ending the game), which shouldn't occur. Mafia has to convince survivor (and know it is a survivor) to vote with them. That shouldn't be done via host intervention.

A survivor wins once another faction reaches their win condition. At 2:2:1 the Mafia have not achieved their win condition.

You don't subtract the survivor vote from the numbers for win condition purposes. Nor do you give it to the mafia either as it's possible for the survivor to win with town.

Funny you should mention the interface, because the pause menu was entirely very early placeholder text and graphics and they always meant to replace it but didn't have time. IGA made a rule after that, no placeholders, anything added to the game has to look at least passable. Or something like that. I remember it from the double fine 2 hour "devs play" interview with IGA about SOTN.

I liked it. I don't really have any complaints about it. Jack Jack was more amusing than I thought he'd be. I bust out laughing at the restaurant scene. My daughter liked it but was a little bit freaked out by the Screenslaver glasses being put on the heroes. I was curious if Saul Goodman would be the villain.

I felt like it was awesome to run out naked into the world and have to survive off of the land. And then I just had more weapons than I could carry. I think in the 10 to 20 hour range I wished I had more room because I would run out of weapons quicker than I could replace them. So ultimately I loved it to start but it became a kind of pointless mechanic, with a frustrating stretch after the beginning.

But I did love exploring Hyrule in the game so thats sort of the real issue maybe

Was she really staying in such a toxic relationship because she was in an emotionally vulnerable state/madly in love at first sight OR did she stay in the relationship to enjoy the perks of dating a celebrity of that caliber?

I dont know about all of that. For me personally, it a hard to take my young kids to a game especially because of how expensive games are.

Baseball tickets (in big markets at least) are way cheaper than football or basketball tickets.

I'm optimistic that the next few years will be exciting. There's so much young talent on the Yankees that everyone will tune in nationwide!

I assumed top level seats were cheap at all stadiums. 500 level at a Jays game is like $20, and having sat all around the stadium, it's one of my favourite places to catch a game as long as you get behind home plate.

And this is coming from a sports town that charges over $100 for a standing room ticket to a hockey game on a Wednesday night against the worst team in the league.

Our worst seats are $30 but it's not realistic to get those. But there's plenty of $45 decent seats. We've had a 2-3 year stretch of $100 SRO tickets for Yanks games but that was a long time ago. That's a bit different than the season ticket issue for the Toronto NHL team has.

I think baseball has a tough road ahead. It's slow and there's a lot of nothing happening. It's not catching on with young people and it's brutal. And if your team is doing poorly, then it's tough to watch compared to other options people have for entertainment. Either they suck because they can't spend $$, or they spent $$ and it went poorly. And it's a long summer if you have no hope and there aren't enough stars to go around.

And the games are looooong. A lot of numbers are going to keep going down and you're gonna see some changes (like the DH) to speed up the game and make it better for viewing. I would suspect shifts get removed because in general people don't want to watch their all starts crush balls into shifts.
